Week Sixteen: December 18th-25th

 Micah recieved a Build A Bear!  He had so much fun picking out the one he wanted and very seriously took the oath.


 We made graham cracker houses!  The kids had so much fun working on a family house.







 A group of us went caroling at a rehab center.  It felt wonderful to spread just a bit of Christmas with others in need.  We went with our dear friends the Winns, papa and grandma, Miss Jamie, and a few others.



 The Koup family goes ALL OUT with decorating.  The have a MILLION houses and set up a scavenger hunt for the kids of special items on the houses.  They are so generous to invite everyone over to see every year.



 We had a great time seeing the Brea lights with the Hogan family and our cousins.  Yay for hot chocolate!!!









 We celebrated Christmas Eve with both sides of daddy's family.

  Trying on Mommy's old Christmas dresses!   Celebrating Christmas at Aunt Cindy and Uncle Roger's house.  Papa tried to pull out Jeremiah's tooth!  Aunt Cindy always spoils the kids with gifts!   We took a trip to the Aquarium after dropping off the Operation Christmas Child boxes, but Mommy forgot the lunches! So, in order to not cancel the trip, we ended up at California Pizza Kitchen for a pizza.   Big brother holding on to little brother...   We visited Grandma Bonnie for her kindergarten class presentation and then worked on the older kids learning to do dishes!

Week Seventeen: December 25th-December 31st

  Christmas! I LOVE when Christmas falls on a Sunday.  To me it makes everything more meaningful as we truly get to focus on why we even celebrate.   Christmas breakfast and dressing up the dog! Poor Wendy!!!   Reading the Christmas story before we open gifts.   Selecting items for the needy in other countries.   We headed to grandma and papa's for Christmas dinner and gifts with the cousins.   After a couple of days anniversary getaway for mommy and daddy, we were blessed with tickets to Legoland!  The kids were THRILLED!! Thank you Mark Martelle!!!!
